1 Animaniacs
Steven Spielberg Presents Animaniacs is an American animated comedy television series produced by Amblin Television label in collaboration with Warner Bros. This was the first and best Kids Wb! Show.
2 Pokemon: The Johto Journeys
The Johto series gets a lot of unnecessary bad rap with "reasons" such as "It's too drawn out", "help random person gets old", or even the lamest, "Misty is dead weight", but all that is rubbish, not true at all, in fact I find those complaints rather ironic compared to the later series which really felt drawn out, uninspired, and not so interesting characters. Some say stick with season 1, but I beg to differ, for seasons 1 and 2 get get by without Johto as its concluding arc which is important for Ash's character growth and the payoff as seen in his final battle against Gary (with Charizard vs Blastoise being one of the best battles in the show) and his parting from Misty and Brock (the single most emotional moment in the show).

19 The Batman
If I were you, I would at least check this show out, if only for the unique takes on all of the characters. For example, the guy who played Freddy Krueger voices the Riddler in this version. Tone-wise, this show hits a nice balance between the 90's series and The Brave and the Bold. You can either watch it chronologically for the Clayface arc or skip to Seasons 3 and 4 to see Batgirl and Robin work alongside the Caped Crusader.
