There were 3 characters that portrayed as Scarlet Spider and Kaine was the latest. During the battle with the Inheritors in Spider-verse series, Kaine can also turn into a spider monster known as the "Other". It's unknown whenever he comes back or not after getting defeated by the Inheritors.

Cindy Moon was granted with spider powers, but moves quicker and has a higher spider-sense than Peter's.
